[College Boy]

I am SOOO proud/excited of my Cameron.

Over the last several months we have been having long discussions & heart to hearts about what Cameron wants to be when he "grows up" hahaha.

I have known since high school that Dental Hygiene was what I wanted to go into to, but Cameron never really had a set idea.

He had thought about becoming a police officer (I am sooo glad he decided not too, I would have supported him 10000000% on this - but I would have been sick to my stomach day in and day out wondering if he was okay - so I am greatful he changed his mind!)

He had thought about becoming a Vet. But after talking more and more about this, we thought it would be fun but really depressing. Just having to work with sick animals and if worst comes to worst having to put one down. We just know how hard it was for us when we first got our little Baxter & he was at the hosptial every other day because he had gotten so sick. It seriously broke our hearts and we had just gotten him. So we decided we would leave that up to the people who are tough when it comes to hurt animals hahaha.

After much anticipation he decided that he wants to go into......

(wait for it.)

(wait for it)

cameron is going into...

Radiology!

And he is soooo excited about it.

Nervous.... BUT....Very excited!

And what is going to be so nice about it is...

He needs a couple of biology classes and it just so happens to be a couple of the ones I need to take also so we are going to be able to be each others study buddies & take some classes together!
Which also means we only have to buy one book hahahaha!
YAY FOR SAVING MONEYYYY!

hahahaha!

& of coarse being able to spend more time together.
It will be way nice too because if one of us isnt understanding something hopefully the other person will!

Here is our last nights converstation after he picked his major.

KB: "Babe! I am so proud of you! It is going to be hard but in the end it will be so worth it!"

Cam: "I know it will be - I just want to be able to provide for our family and do something with my life."

KB: "Ohhh myyy helllll! How cute is this going to be when we have kids & their teachers ask them what their parents do for a living & he/she will say...."

"My daddy is a radiogist & my mommy is a dental hygienest!"

Hahaha I dont know why I got such a kick out of this..

But it made me all warm inside.

Cam I just wanted to let you know how proud I am of you for taking a leap. And going with your gut. You are such an amazing man & our kids are going to be so truely blessed to have you as their father one day!
