[House Hunting Update]

We were first looking into towne homes & then my wonderful cousin Marci (who is also our lender) called me up and told me that if we got into a house we could spend up to $30,000 more on a house if the community doesnt have HOA fees.
And that our house payment could potentionally be cheaper then a towne home payment.

So we decided not to make the offers on the towne homes just yet and start hunting for actual houses.
Our realitor took us to two on Sunday & they werent our cup of tea.
So I got online and did research and emailed her a ton that we would like to see.

So needless to say tomorrow at 6:30 we are on the hunt again.
They have at least 5 more properties to show us!
Hopefully we will see something we liiiike!
I just want to have a place to call our own!
And a place to DECORATE!
