[OFFFER ACCEPTED]

I cant even express how excited Cameron and I are!
Last weekend our new realtor took us to look at houses where we placed offers on 2 that we loved.

And yesterday morning at 8:38am (this is the exact time. I just checked my phone! HAHAHA).

I got a call from our realtor telling us we got one of the houses!

I was sooo excited and I just wanted to scream and jump up and down but I didnt think that would be appropriate for my work office setting hahaha.

The minute I got off the phone hearing we got the house I called Cameron immediatly at work and told him the good news! I could tell he was smiling from ear to ear :)

And what is even more crazy about the whole situtation is yesterday morning I woke up in the best mood and when Cameron called me on his first break at 8:00 I told him I just had a really good feeling about today and then a total of 38 minutes later I found out WHY I had a good feeling about that day. :)

Now we just have to get a home inspector in there to look at everything and if everything works out we will be closing July 27th.

It is so crazy, scary, and exciting! I cant wait to start this new adventure with Cameron!

The minute we walked in the house the first thing I noticed was the fireplace hahaha because I bought the cutest lettering that says "BINGHAMS" that will go soooo cuute on the fireplace!

They didnt have alot of pictures online of the house but just take my word for it, it is super cute!
It has 4 or 5 bedrooms (I cant remember how many),
2 and a 1/2 bath,
Fully finished basement,
and a very nice backyard for my stinker Baxter!

It is in a super cute area/neighborhood in Taylorsville and one thing that makes me love it even more is the fact that it will take time of my commute to work! By like a whole 20 minutes!
Sooo I loove that already!

I cant wait to dive in and start decorating!
Cross your fingers everything turns out with our inspection :)
