I looove crock pots!
I never in a million years thought I would ever actually use a crock pot.
Like when I bought our first one I bought it just to have it and I can honestly say I use it at least once a week!

Anyways I thought I would share the recipe :)
Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed **I used 3 small chicken breasts**
1/8 cup margarine **I used I cant believe its not butter**
1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese **I used fat free cream cheese**
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup **98% fat free cream of chicken**
I would say it was pretty healthy hahaha.
Directions
1.Put chicken, margarine and dressing mix in slow cooker; mix together and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
2.Add cream cheese and soup, mix together and cook on high for another 1/2 hour or until heated through and warm.
Thats all you do :)
Super easy huh? I served it with garlic bread and it was yummy!
Enjoy!
