[Christmas Shopping]

I seriously cant believe that Christmas is next week!
Where the hell has the year gone?!?!?!
I am happy to say that I am finished with all of my Christmas shopping! Such a relief! Now I just have to wait for the rest of them to come in the mail so I can finish wrapping them!

I have a few surprises under my sleeve for Cameron'a Birthday/Christmas and it is KILLING me! If you know me, you know that I am the type of person that likes to give gifts the minute I buy them! I hate holding on to them hahaha. I have been quite strong though and havent given Cameron one of them!

Over the weekend we took our brothers Christmas shopping to pick out a hat from Fanzz! Cameron and I both thought we would be in and out of there within minutes and man oh man were we wrong. Our brothers are soooooo picky! And after trying on every hat in the store they all found one!

My baby brother Taylor has a best friend named Carter that seriously lives at my parents house. Cameron and I both look at him as a sibling and he has the biggest heart/funnest personality - he would actually fit in well with the Blains. He constantly asks Cameron if we will adopt him so he can officially be apart of the family hahaha. Soo of coarse he came to Fanzz with us - but little did he know he was going to be getting a hat also. He thought he was just going as support for Taylor. When we got to the store the boys began looking around and I told Cameron he could tell Carter the news - so Cameron went up to him and said "hey bud, why dont you pick out a hat too" Carters said "haha - yeah right, I wish" and Cameron said "Seriously dude - we were planning on letting you get one the whole time" Carter looked at me and said "Mom?!?! Really?!?!?!?! Am I being punk'd" and I simply said "No son, this store is your kingdom - pick out a hat". It seriously melted our hearts seeing how excited he was! Something that we thought would be cool to do - meant the world to him!

My brothers and Carter knew that they had to wait until Christmas for them but apparently Camerons brothers had no idea...when we were buying their hats they both said "I cant wait to wear my hat to work tomorrow - it will look so sick with my outfit" and Cam and I just looked at each other like "WTF? Santa doesnt come until the 25th!" When we broke the news to them they were so bummed hahaha. Thank goodness Christmas is right around the corner so they can wear them!
