[Sirens]

interesting night at our household forrrr sure.
i had just gotten home from work and cameron and i were talking about our day when our CO detector went off.
we decided to call the non-emergency police line and they sent us over to the fire department.
long story short.

they told us to go outside and they would send someone over to check it out.

i was kind of joking around with cameron & said "how funny would it be if they sent an actual fire truck" and we both laughed and say "no wayyy - they will just send one of their SUV's".
boyy were we wrong.
within minutes you could hear the sirens.
i had hoped they were going somewhere else but then when i saw them turn into our circle i knew i was wrong.
of coarse ALL of our neighbors ran out to see what was wrong.
one of them actually asked me if i had killed cameron.
yes i said killed.
it ended up being a malfunction on the detector and our home is CO free.
thank goodness.
at least we will have lots of stories to tell our kids right?
