[motivation]

i thought this was too cool not to share.
remember my side by side comparison post?
well it got featured on a fitness page for weight loss and motivation.

with how embarrassed/nervous i was to post the comparison -
i am so glad i did.
if i can help one person with knowing their efforts ARE making a difference that is all that matters to me.

i know the text on this is hard to read so i figured i would put it below:

I know that I usually post a recipe on Wednesdays, but I'm going a different direction today. If it's one thing I've noticed, it's how easy it is for people to get down on themselves. So, I'd like to introduce you to my friend, Kylie. I've asked for, and received, her permission to re-post this from her wall. To Kylie, and all the men and women out there like her, I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

From Kylie's wall:
[I posted this on instagram/facebook and this is where she saw it]
First off, I cant believe I am posting this for everyone to see hahaha. Sometimes it is so easy to get down on ourselves when we really should be looking at how far we have come and feeling good about the progress! I have been in a《blahh》mood all week long because I feel like I am "stuck" or that I am not seeing the results I want to see while I have been busting my ass at the gym each and every week. Yesterday I was looking through old pictures and was speechless. The picture on the left was taken last year and the picture on the right was taken Monday night. The difference in my face blows me away. Not only did I realize that my hard work really is paying off but I realized I need to not be so hard on myself. I am proud for pushing myself to go to the gym even when its the last thing on earth I want to do. All of the cardio, squats, and weight lifting is all worth it. #motivationalthursday #fitness #neverquitting #itsallworthit

If anything, this is just going to make me continue to push myself.
nothing feels better than having people notice your hard work.
it makes it all worth it in the end.

with that being said -
keep chugging along people.
its ALLworth it.
