[Realtor=FIRED]

Cameron & I fired our realtor.
And honestly it feels soooo goood.
She was horrible.
We would tell her what we wanted and she would take us to something TOTALLY opposite.
There was even a couple times where we would pull up to a house go knock on the door to view it and the person would answer and be SUPER confused and each time we ended up being at the wrong house. And the house we were suppose to be at ended up being like 6 houses down the street. Can you say embarrassing?!?!
She was impossible to get ahold of and I felt like I was doing all of the research on finding houses!Now dont get me wrong - We really did try to like her - I promise. She rubbed us wrong from day 1 but we held on for 3 more weeks after that just trying to give her the benefit of the doubt!
What really set us over the edge all began this week...

First thing that happened (Tuesday June 7th): On Tuesday I was on my way back to work from my lunch break and she called me and told me that Cameron and I were being too picky and that we needed to settle for something LESS then we wanted.
When we first started looking for houses we told her we want at LEAST 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 car garage and a decent sized backyard for our Baxter & our future kids! Not to crazy to want right? So on Tuesday she calls me and tells me that we need to start thinking about 2 bedroom house, 1 bathroom, and possibly 1 car to no garage. This really upset me...this is a HOUSE we are talking about...not an apartment...once we close on something we were in it for a VERY long time...its not like an apartment where you sign a 6 to 12 month lease...she told me that they are alot of these houses out there and that is what she wants to start showing us...so after all of that was said...my claws came out & I got stern...I told her that I was sorry if she thought we were being picky but we are most definetly NOT the kind of people that she would push over and try to make/force us to like something we didnt. I told her I want something that we could grow in as a family and not be crammed the minute we start having little Cameron & Kylies. I told her we wouldnt settle for less then a 2 car garage because we want to have good re-sale when we are ready to move and that the reason why there were so many "1 car garages/no garages" was because nobody wants that.
Needless to say I was super upset - she works for US.

Second thing that happend(Wesdnesday June 8th): This was the last and final straw that pushed Cameron and I over the edge. We went out with her on Wednesday to look at more homes (Even after how upset she made me on Tuesday, we still went.) But neither of us were in the mood to mess around so if she wanted to rumble...we would have been ready! She takes us to 5 houses that neither of us were impressed with until house number 5 - it was one that I had sent her and told her we wanted to look at it and we absolutely fell in love with it! It was PERFECT! Absolutely PERFECT! She then told us good news - it has no offers on it so we will place one first thing in the morning and you guys will be in first place! I seriously wanted to cry! This house felt like home to us! When Cameron and I left we were both so giddy we couldnt see straight! The backyard was huge, it had more then 3 bedrooms, the kitchen was big, and it even had RV parking! When we got back to my parents we were just raving to my mom about it and how perfect it was! I know the both of us slept very good that night. On Thursday I woke up super refreshed and excited to tell some of the girls at work that we found our house!
As I was walking into work I get a text message from our realtor saying "I hate to bring bad news: but the house you loved is under contract with someone else and sold" my jaw dropped! I then texted her back and said "Why didnt we know this last night? And why would you even take us through the house if you werent sure of the status?" She then said "She didnt know" I then texted Cameron and told him to call me as soon as possible that we had a problem - when Cameron called me and after I told him the news he was fuuuming! We were both so excited! Cameron wants a yard to work in so bad - every house we go to, thats the first thing he looks at! And with this one, the yard needed a little work and he said "YES! I can use my lawn mower and weed wacker!" Who the hell gets excited about yard work hahaha? My Cameron does!

Sooo now you can see why we got rid of her! My cousin is our lender & when she heard the news she wasnt happy at all. So she hooked us up with someone different - so I am hoping things work out alot better with this one.

Anyways thank you for letting me vent hahaaha.
I hope everyone has a great weekend!
