[Bittersweeet Moment]

This is my last post for today!
I promise!
I just had to share the most awesome story that happend to me over the weekend.
Saturday morning Cameron and I woke up early to go get donuts for the people helping us move into our new home.
When we got back to my parents house we ate breakfast and headed downstairs so start getting our things out of their basement.
After a few trips up and down I noticed a blue plastic crate sitting in the middle of the main part of the basement (this is where all of our items were).

The crate looked like this but blue.

And it had a twine like rope on it in a bow to keep it wrapped.

I walked over to the crate because I had never seen it before and when I got to it - my heart stopped. Written on top of the crate was my name with my Grandma Blains (she passed away almost 2 years ago) handwriting - ahhh I just got the chills thinking of this again hahaha. Sorry back to my story. My mom was also down stairs with me & I looked at her and point and the crate and said "WHAT IS THIS MOM?!?!" My mom had no idea and then it dawned on us --- my Grandma had said before she passed that she was going to make Cameron & I a quilt for our wedding...well ladies and gents inside the blue crate with twined ribbon was our quilt along with a couple of other things she made us. Tears filled my eyes instantly - I was shocked and overwhelmed all at the same time!
Cameron came down and asked what was wrong and all I could do was point at the quilt. I then excused myself and went upstairs and just bawled my eyes out!
I had been thinking about my grandma all week and how badly I wish I could show her our house and just share the expierence with her.
I had even talked to my cousin Taylor 2 days prior and we were just saying how much we both miss our grandparents.
Cameron came up to check on me and told me that was my Grandmas way of letting me know she is here and she has been the whole time through our house buying expierence! The way I found the quilt is something I will never forget and it will be something I cherish foever!
Once we get all settled I will take pictures and post them of what she made us - I dont think I am going to take it out of the crate to actually use until the day I become Mrs. Bingham because that is what she made it for.

Thannnk you soo much Grandma! I needed that!
Miss you more and more everyday!
