I need to vent.
So you know how I said in my previous posts that I am excited to get our washer and dryer today...well the plans have changed.
So my little brother went over to the house at 12:30 - 2:30 to hang out and wait for them to arrive and at 2:45 I got a phone call from my brother saying they still werent there so I decided to give Best Buy a call to see what the hold up was...I explained the situation and this is what the guys said..."Ohhh we forgot to call you - our truck was delayed so you wont be getting your appliances until Sunday!"
SAAAYYYY WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!
I am beyond livid right now - Cameron called back to see if there was anyway of throwing a warranty in for free or something an they said no...so Cam then said we may be cancelling our order in the morning and going to RC Willey tonight to get one that can be delivered earlier and the lady freaked out and said "NOOOO NOOOO NOOOO we dont want to lose your business - we have already lost the business for 3 of our customers because of this issue!"
FRIENDLY SUGGESTION:
**DO SOMETHING TO MAKE THEM WANT TO STAY! SAYING SORRY REALLY ISNT GOING TO CUT IT WHEN ITS SOMETHING AS BIG AS A FRIDGE! AND WHEN YOU FORGET TO CALL SOMEONE TO TELL THEM THEIR ORDER HAS BEEN DELAYED ALMOST A WHOLE WEEK - WHAT DO YOU EXPECT? THE CUSTOMER TO JUMP FOR JOY THAT THE THING THEY HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR WONT BE THRE FOR 5 MORE DAYS?!?!?!**
